- A welcome letter with guidelines (or rules), your detailed inventory report, Maps, Restaurant and medical emergency recommendations.
- Coordination and booking of excursions or tours for owners and their guests.

- Website maintenance and daily correspondences / bookings of rental inquiries via phone or email
- Photographing units for advertising / Marketing purposes/ RENTAL signs provided

- Property is inspected regularly to safeguard against theft or damage during periods of prolonged vacancy, and / or before & after severe weather conditions.
